Never Done This Before... hope it looks good

So I have recently submitted a plan for public archaeology in my home town. I haven't attempted this before, and I was at a loss on what to actually put down. I don't know. Maybe it will do some good. Then again this town actually has done a lot to shoot itself in the foot. Well, maybe you guys can tell me what you think. I can always revise and resubmit, at least they give me that option. Check it out here.
